Seller has not responded to 4 emails. Went above and beyond to contact him. All messages sent via eBay. Item was sent in a flat rate box and damaged. I only requested that the damaged pages (3) be replaced. No response. Item also not as shown in the ad. Received in a plain 3 ring binder with no cover, very misleading. I take eBay's feedback rating very seriously and have not left negative feedback in years but this behavior is inexcusable. Expected more with his otherwise high rating.
