All of our goods are brand new as you would expect to find in the shops. We do accept returns. Our policy: 1. Should you wish to return your item, you must contact us via the ebay messaging system within 7 days of receipt. 2. Any related postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. 3. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the returned item(s) reach us safely (also see no.5). 4. Some returns (applicable to larger items) may result in an additional admin charge of 10 - 20% of the item value. 5. Returns MUST reach us in the same condition that they were sent in, i.e brand new with undamaged packaging. We suggest that you use a bubble jiffy bag or similar to offer protection. No1Giftstore has the right to refuse a return if the item(s) does not meet this requirement. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage costs for returned items. Please be sure to obtain a returns no before returning an item and include a note stating: - your user i.d - date of purchase - item no / sales invoice no - item purchased and the reason for return - name, address, phone no and email.
A small note on delivery terms - Please note that it is the customers responsibility to provide a correct delivery address when purchasing. If your item is not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or is not collected within the allocated time by Royal Mail or one of couriers, we cannot take responsibility for this. Should the item(s) be returned to us and required to be be re-sent, there may be an additional admin and re-posting cost applicable. |
