Shipping was a bit slow, no instructions included, but seemed to work ok for resetting ink levels. Was looking for battery hatch or power port, guess it has 'lifetime' batteries installed. Putting cartridge on resetter yeilds 'steady Red LED' illumination - apparently that means it worked? Including instructions or a link to online instructions would be helpful. Would buy from them again, expecting a day or two delay between purchase and shipment
