If you want to upgrade to UPS next day, 2^nd day, or 3^rd day shipment, you as the buyer are responsible for these costs. If these options are not available on the eBay page, email me, and I will add it to the shipping options.
Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped Parcel Post for free. If you would like me to ship USPS priority mail, add $35.
I will ship all laptops the same day Monday through Friday if payment is verified by PayPal by 4:30 PM ET.

International Shipments

International shipments will be shipped UPS. I will not ship USPS because they do not offer signature confirmation, which is required by PayPal. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, brokerage fees, and landing taxes.
I will not mark item as a gift, so please do not ask.
Dell may charge extra for an international warranty. Buyer is responsible for these costs.
If an item is returned for any reason, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and from your respective country.

A. Dell offers the buyers of all brand new laptops a generous 21 day return policy.
Previously Ordered New- PON systems are laptops customers purchased and cancelled before the item was shipped or returned without opening the box or turning on the machine. They are sold with a similar warranty to brand new laptops.

Q. What warranty does the laptop / notebook have?

A. This particular laptop has a limited warranty from Dell. You can extend your warranty through Dell or from eBay.

Return Policy

1. Return policy window is any time from the moment you place the order to 14 calendar days from the date of delivery by my carrier.
2. If you change your mind at any time before I ship the order, you receive 100% money back.
3. If you change your mind after I ship the order but before you open the box, you get money back LESS the S&H fee.
4. If you have opened the box but return the item in original condition, for any reason, I will provide a refund less 15% restocking fee and S&H. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging.

If for some reason your system doesn't match the specifications outlined in the ad, I will happily refund your payment upon return of the system. I do not accept returns due to system performance problems. I have not inspected the contents or operation of the system and therefore, cannot guarantee the operation of each individual system. Any system performance issues need to be addressed by Dell through the warranty coverage procedure.
