We will refund or exchange any unopened / new kit from your order for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. In the event of an exchange the buyer will also be responsible for the re-shipment cost. Any refund given will only be for the item amount - we will not refund any shipping and handling fees that were paid. We will gladly assist with any items with defects in manufacturing, workmanship issues or missing parts by referring the buyer to the manufacturer for a solution. In the unlikely event that the manufacturer is unable to help out we will exchange any products or provide the needed materials for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return up to 30 days from the date of purchase. In the event that a return is sent due to our error then we will pay for the return shipping costs. Due to the fact that charts, books and color cards contain copyable content we don't offer any returns or exchanges for any of those items (unless they are defective.) Kits also contain copyable information therefore we do not accept back or exchange any opened / used kits. In order to initiate any type of return or exchange one must contact us for approval. Any return or exchange sent to us without approval will not be accepted. |
