After not receiving the merchandise I contacted them and they sent a tracking number, however, it did not go to the residence listed. I contacted FedEx, they sent a photo of the delivery but it was not the correct residence. When I entered the house number to FedEx they said there was no such delivery address. I had to email vendor several times since they did not respond. I asked for a replacement and instead they refunded.
