Q: Do you combine shipment for multiple purchases? Am I required to pay the shipping cost for each additional purchase?

A: We do accept combine shipment for multiple purchases. Please wait until all of the auctions have ended and then email us. We will then send you a combined ebay invoice. If the items are purchased from different shipping profiles, we will then calculate the shipping costs and process the first item with the higher shipping fee. If applicable, all additional items will be processed at their discounted shipping rate automatically.

Q: If item is lost during the shipment, will I get a new replacement?

Q: If the parcel is bounced back to the sender due to invalid address or some other reasons, will I need to pay the postage again for resending the item?

Q: Why did I not hear from you after sending the payment?

A: Normally, after receiving the payment from you, we will instantly send you a payment received email. Once the item posted out, we will also send you another dispatched email. Thus, by right, you should receive at least 2 emails from us for the whole transaction. If you did not receive any email from us, then most likely our emails were filtered out by your Spam software.
