See the description below for the over 20 photos shown and more details. Cotton is soft and supple, not dry or fragile, handles well, stands up to wearing, and is not yellowed. Embroidery is very good, lace flounce is good, a few small tears to the hem area but 97% excellent. There are a few flaws to the top (plain) area of the petticoat, some very small holes and a tiny darned repair in front near the waistband, A small separation of about 3" along the dropped seam below the band was repaired, (on the seam, not a tear) but overall it is good. Shows some age, not perfect, but the flounced embroidered lace part is very good and really exquisite. PLEASE See entire description below for full details on the condition and any flaws to mention. Has been well stored in smoke free home, worn only once and lovingly preserved.”
