Vintage Tags This listing is for 25 beautiful and unique vintage distressed tags perfect for use at your wedding or party. Use them on your favours, as place settings or to decorate your gifts...the list is endless. All tags are stained for that vintage look using a traditional coffee and baking method and are then hand stamped with the word 'Thank You' Each tag measures 8cm by 4cm, and is strung with at least 20cm of thin string (10cm long once looped through the tag) The back of each tag is blank for your own message and unfortunately they cannot be personalised with your own wording or image.
Due to the distressed vintage nature of this item each one will differ slightly and during busy periods can take 4-6 days for posting as they are made to order. Payment PayPal is our preferred method of payment for a quick and speedy transaction however we do also accept payments by cheque. UK Shipping ‘My Wedding Party’ post all standard items (non handmade/personalised) 1st class on a daily basis Monday – Friday and on a Saturday morning from May to August. We do not post on Sundays or Bank Holidays. 1st class delivery times are clarified on the Royal Mail website as follows: ‘Although we aim to deliver mail the next working day, we cannot guarantee delivery times’ Royal Mail do not accept a letter/parcel to be deemed as ‘lost’ until 10 working days have passed, therefore unless extremely urgent we cannot replace a lost item until these 10 working days have passed. If on the rare occasion an item does get lost we will place a claim with Royal Mail and they may need to contact you for further information. International Shipping ‘My Wedding Party’ post all standard items (non handmade/personalised) via ‘Standard International post’ on a daily basis Monday – Friday and on a Saturday morning from May to August. We do not post on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Royal Mail aim to deliver international parcels within the following time frames: Europe – 3 to 5 working days Major Worldwide Cities – 5 working days Rest if World – 7 working days However this is just a guide and some of our parcels have taken around 21-25 days to arrive and therefore we cannot replace a lost/delayed item until sufficient time has been given for its arrival. Please be aware of these time frames when you make your purchase. With the exception of the ‘DIY Candy Buffet Set’ none of my international parcels are sent with a tracking number. If you would like a tracking number please request a quote for this service prior to purchase. Communication Unless advised by us please send all correspondence via Ebay as this will get the speediest response. All other items are offered with a no quibble 7 days refund/exchange policy on all non-personalised items. A full refund will be given provided goods are posted back within 7 days of receipt, unopened, as new, and the buyer pays the return postage costs.
When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim.
If we send you wrong item or it is faulty we will pay all the postage costs incurred.
Please be aware that mistakes can happen and if we have made any mistakes whatsoever we will issue full refund/exchange including transport charges both ways. We are here to help.
