Impossible seller. First listing of this strap contained errors. Once corrected, I purchased two. Seller then charged me for individual shipping — but combined shipping and refused refund. This was simply a principle of honesty, apparently beyond the sellers ability to comprehend.

A very difficult seller. Originally listed a black and brown watch strap together in one description for one price both in one photo. But no — that was the price of either a black or a brown strap. To further confuse things, the ad had no way of buying one or the other.
Wanting one brown and one black, I had to do two transactions. Then he/she charged me for individual shipping. But shipped together and pocketed both mailing charges.
It was impossible to explain to the seller.
